Any rally fan will will recognize the illustrious blue and yellow livery as one of the most recognizable in the sport, and what better way to herald the return of HPI's fan favorite rally platform than with a classic Subaru Impreza!
The WR8 FLUX's newest version features an innovative FLX10-3660-3700KV brushless motor, paired with a waterproof 80A 3S-capable FLX10-3S802 Flux ESC. This combination enhances the system's efficiency and introduces several other advancements. The FLX10-3660-3700KV motor features a 5mm Motor Shaft, reducing the risk of damage caused by debris. Furthermore, the FLX10-3S802 ESC integrates the well-respected XT-60 connector for a reliable battery power connection. This updated package also comes with the latest TF-51 and RF-51 Transmitter and Receiver combo, keeping the WR8 Flux in line with the most recent HPI Racing car models.
Underneath the officially licensed and famous replica Impreza body, the WR8 FLUX chassis is massively tough and can take a real beating on or off-road! The WR8 FLUX is powered by a massive 3700KV brushless motor and waterproof 3S-capable speed controller, delivering power through tough metal gear differentials and the fully ball bearing-supported 4WD shaft drivetrain. Combine this with WR8 rally-style suspension geometry, custom-designed shock towers and dampers, plus extra-thick sway bars for extra control! Top it off with high-spec, soft compound tires and authentic rally wheels and you've got an instant head-turner in your hands!
The HPI Racing WR8 is crammed with awesome features that enhance its durability anywhere you want to take it, including a high ground clearance, skidplate, foam front bumper, optimized rally-style suspension geometry, shock debris guards, mud deflectors on the chassis and much more. It's the ideal machine to race your friends on RC Rally-style courses and multi-surface tracks, or anywhere you like!
Like all HPI Racing RTR (Ready-To-Run) cars, the WR8 FLUX is completely pre-built: all you have to do is open the box, install the batteries and you are ready for awesome stunt action! All you have to provide is a 2S or 3S LiPo battery for the car, a LiPo charger and some AA batteries for the transmitter.
