The Reflex has square angled pins that are stacked vertically to flex and fold evenly across the tire. Typically, a stacked tread will wear less and provide more forward bite while the aligned space helps rotation in the turns and gives a snappy release to square up quickly. Since the release of the Reflex, it is arguably the most successful tire in its era and has always gripped surfaces with a selection of fine JConcepts compounds such has blue (soft), green (super soft), and black (mega soft). Recent additions in compounds have made the Reflex even more versatile, including A2 (medium soft, long-wear compound), A3 (soft, long-wear compound) to an already quick and steady range.
